I’ve built up a list of things I really should write a blog post about, so this is my reminder to actually do it.

  • Turned an old laptop into a home Linux server
  • Started self-hosting an inventory system
  • Set up Samba for file-sharing
  • Enabled remote access so I can manage everything from my phone and laptop

A fun weekend’s work, all helped by the fact I’ve (mostly) stopped going on the piss.
