I went back to my old university at the weekend. It was about 9 years since I had last visited and 19 (💀) since I turned up as a Fresher. There was an Old Boys football match, and a few of us from my time there were turning up.

A run down of everything I’ve consumed this month. February was quite the month for me. For personal reasons as well as feeling like the year has really taken off. Time is moving so fast, and there’s a lot I want to experience. Bring on spring!

My theme for 2025 was meant to be all about my health, with a focus on improving it. The best way I saw to achieve this was committing to a fully alcohol-free (AF) year.
